    That's just it. I don't believe that there is any quantity of He. It is manufactured by a generator and then consumed.. I could be wrong but I don't believe that there is a He tank or pressure vessel. Even so, we have the technology to make it safe for public use.

    I apologize. I thought you were saying that burning hydrogen would compromise our water supply. I'm pretty sure that at the point that the hydrogen is separated from the oxygen..... until the point that it is combusted, in a hydrogen generator type engine... it is a very short amount of time...
