Okay, but faith in what? In whom? The OP says the film mentioned "God." Since the film probably doesn't have subtitles with capital Gs for God, could a viewer come away with a message of faith in any "god"? And even if it clearly references the Hebrew God, without mention of Jesus Christ...well...
I just see a problem with anyone in the Christian media being afraid to be so PC that they neglect to glorify Christ with His name. But, you know, I haven't seen the movie so I shouldn't comment anymore.
Today I overheard a woman talking about the financial aid America is sending to Haiti. The woman said, "I don't think we should be helping those people. You heard what Pat Robertson said..."
So this is the message we are to receive? As a call to ignore the suffering in Haiti because of the evil...
