The queen has been on British money for years, and is widely accepted. I think the Susan B Anthony coin didn't become popular because most people didn't know who she was. If they would put a famous actress on the dollar, everyone would recognize her. Robin Tunney, Charlize Theron , or Angelina Jolie dollar bills might be popular with the public.

The Susan B Anthony coin and the quarter were too much alike.It was a nightmare.
