1 Corinthians 7:29-31
New International Version
29 What I mean, brothers and sisters, is that the time is short.(A) From now on those who have wives should live as if they do not; 30 those who mourn, as if they did not; those who are happy, as if they were not; those who buy something, as if it were not theirs to keep; 31 those who use the things of the world, as if not engrossed in them. For this world in its present form is passing away.(B)
 
This was today's reading at Mass.
I find it quite thought provoking.
We should not take our problems and concerns too seriously. Always keep our perspective.
Give our problems attention but don't let them consume us. Or preoccupy us. Always keep your eye on the big picture. Which is eternal life I guess. And God.
 
Bad relationships consume me unfort. Sometimes it's hard to avoid. I need to focus on the big picture and not make my problems worse.
 
Dwell good with that which you have and make the best of any bad situation as living your life that is pleasing to the Lord. Why concern and distress yourself within this present earth when all things will pass away and we look for a better perfect eternal life that awaits us.
