How believers in biblical creation started rocket science in the twentieth century and the study’s continued dependence upon the orderly construction of the universe by God
Medieval Chinese scholars invented rockets. I don't think they even knew about Biblical creation.

Paul Goddard, who pioneered modern rocketry, does not seem to have had particularly strong religious beliefs.

Robert Esnault-Pelterie who first conceived vectored rocket thrust, does not seem to have had much interest in religious ideas.

Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, who pioneered the Soviet Space efforts, was an enthusiastic Marxist.

Hermann Oberth worked on the Nazi V2 project,, and after the war, was associated with a far-right political party in Germany; I can't find any indication that he had any strong religious beliefs. Werner von Braun, who was the Nazi most responsible for making the V2 attacks on civilian populations in England possible, was Oberth's student.

Neither the inventors of rockets, nor any of the modern pioneers of rocketry seem to have much in the way of Biblical interests.
