What is a gush a toe?
Had a dream the other night that I stubbed my toe and blood was gushing out of it! So now, my wife and I both know what a gushatoe is, in all of us.

What in the world is she saying!!! :-?

I don't know who sings that song, but it goes something like,
There's a 'gushatoe' in all of us, and your restless heart is .... there's a gushatoe in every....

I don't even know who sings it! (I know it's a woman) But I hear it a alot and it's driving me nuts trying to figure out WHAT in the world she is saying!

NO lie, I woke up the other morning all excited saying, "It's when you stub your toe and blood is gushing out!" (That's bad :-D )

I'm telling the truth! This morning, my wife gets out of the bed and stubbed her toe real bad and was about to cry cause it hurt so bad. We'll, I asked if she had a gushatoe and the pain went away :wink:

I'm going to go nuts with this song. Does anyone even know who sings it?
 
Have you considered that you might just think she's saying gushatoe when in fact she could be saying vertigo, mushalow, or flushadoe...not to mention slushaflow and blushamoe?
 
I don't know, I might have a little gushatoe in me...

I know I'm spelling it wrong, but it sounds (and yes, both I and my wife have strained our ears trying to "hear" her words), and it sounds like "gushatoe"

ahhhh, I'm a gonna go crazy! I know sombody else here has heard that song :-D
 
Jeff, next time you hear it write down the time and the station you heared it on. You could then call the station or look it up on the net and they will give you a list of the songs and time they played that day.

Or just post the date, time and the station and I will try to find it for you. :wink:
 
Is it Jennifer Knapp? I always have problems understanding her. She makes me think I'm really, really old. Cause my mom used to say about my music, "I can't understand a word of it!" And I just don't get most of what she says. From what I understand she has wonderful lyrics, if only she didn't sing like Bob Dylan.
 
In my opinion Jennifer Knapp is the best female christian vocalist out there. I have every song shes put out and I can't think of anything that sounds like 'mushatoe'. :-?
 
Isn't a gush toe when you smash your tow and it's bleeding really bad?
 
I think I figured it out! A gal from our class said something yesterday, and it made me think!!

A God Shaped Hole :-D U know, a Gush -a- Toe 8-)
 
I"m not absolutly sure, I havn't heard the song in awhile. But a God Shaped Hole seems to make better sence than a gushatoe :-D
