Satan is the lying spirit in the mouth of all the false prophets.




1 Kings 22:22 And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

1 Kings 22:23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.



The man is blessed that does not turn aside to lies. ( false prophets with satans lying spirit.)

The wicked speak lies and go astray. They delight in lies, bless with their mouth and curse inwardly.

The mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.

Israel lied unto God with their mouth they flattered Him with their tongues. Their heart was not right with Him. God forgave their iniquity, and did not stir up all His wrath.

God would not break His covenant, not change the thing that was gone out of His lips,He swore once that He will not lie unto David, that his seed would endure for ever.

Eyes are upon the faithful, they who walk in a perfect way shall serve, they who work deceit shall not dwell, they who tell lies shall not remain. All the wicked shall be destroyed and cut off.

The proud forge a lie.





Psalm 40:4 Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Psalm 58:3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.

Psalm 62:4 They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

The Lord hates a proud look and a lying tongue, hearts that make wicked imaginations, a false witness and they who sow division.

A faithful witness will not lie, a false witness utters lies.

A true witness delivers souls, a deceitful witness speaks lies.

A false witness will not be unpunished, they who speak lies shall not escape. A false witness shall not be unpunished, they who speak lies shall perish.

Wicked doers hear false lips, a liar hears a naughty tongue.

Kindness is the desire of a man, a poor man is better than a liar.

If a ruler hears lies, all his servants are wicked.

Every word of God is pure, add not unto HIs words, unless you want to be found a liar.

Remove far from yourself, vanity and lies.






Proverbs 6:16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.


Proverbs 14:5 A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.

Proverbs 14:25 A true witness delivereth souls: but a deceitful witness speaketh lies.

The ancient and honourable, the leaders of the people cause them to err, they who are led of them are destroyed, the prophet teaches lies.

Israel said they had made lies their refuge and hid themselves under falsehood.

God sweeps away the refuge of lies, and overflows the hiding place.

A deceived heart turns them aside, so that they cannot deliver their soul nor say that a lie is in their right hand.

The Lord frustrates the tokens of the liars, and makes their knowledge foolish.

Who have they feared to lie and to not lay it to their heart.

They are defiled in iniquity, heir lips have spoken lies, their tongue has muttered perverseness.

None calls for justice, nor any pleading for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

The Lord said to Israel, Surely they are His people, children that will not lie: so He was their Saviour. But they rebelled, and vexed his Holy Spirit.






Isaiah 9:15 The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.


Isaiah 28:15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:

They bend their tongues like bows for lies, they are not valiant for the truth. They know not the Lord.

Every brother will supplant, they will walk with slanders. They will deceive every one their neighbour, they will not speak the truth, they taught their tongue to speak lies, their habitation is in the middle of deceit, through deceit they refuse to know the Lord.

The prophets prophesy lies, they prophesy a false vision, from the deceit of their heart.

The Gentiles say, their fathers inherited lies, vanity, things of no profit, making gods which were no gods.

To those Gentiles, worshipping the unknown, the Apostle declared God unto them.

Their tongue is as an arrow speaking deceit, they speak peacefully to their neighbour, but in heart they lie wait.

The prophets of Jerusalem commit adultery and speak lies, and strengthen the hands of the evil doers, so that they do not return from their wickedness. They are Sodom and Gomorrah.

The Lord is against the prophets who prophesy false dreams and cause the people to err by their lies, they do not profit the people at all.




Jeremiah 9:3 And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the Lord.

With lies they sadden the heart of the righteous and strengthen the hands of the wicked, to not return from his wicked way by promising him life.

They promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption.


They see vanity and divine a lie, the wicked, whose day is come, when iniquity has an end.

These kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.






Ezekiel 13:19 And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?

The Lord turns to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.

The hour came when true worshippers worship in Spirit and in truth.

They must worship in Spirit and in truth. ( God is a Spirit.)

They are of their father the devil, who abode not in the truth, there is no truth in him.

They do not know the Father, the Son knows Him and is not a liar like they are.

The Spirit of truth, the world does not see or know.

The Spirit of truth guises us into all truth.

Satan filled their hearts to lie to the Holy Ghost.

They changed the truth of God into a lie.

We trusted, after we heard the word of truth, the Gospel of our salvation.
The fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness. ( lies)






John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

The liar is he who denies that Jesus is the Christ, they are antichrist wo deny the Father and the Son.

We need no man to teach us, the anointing teaches us of all thigs, it is truth and is no lie. ( we abide in Him as He has taught us.)

We are of God, he that is of God hears us, they who are not of God do not hear. This is how to know the Spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

If a man says they love God, and they hate their brother, they are a liar. How can they not love their brother who they have seen ?

He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself: he that believes not God has made Him a liar; because he believes not the record that God gave of His Son.

The Spirit that bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

They say they are apostles, and are not, they are found liars.

They say they are Jews and are not, they lie.

The unbelieving abominable murdering whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters, AND ALL LIARS,have their part in the lake of fire.

Nothing enters in that defiles, nothing that works abomination or MAKES A LIE, who are not written in the Lambs book of life. ( the book of the Spirit of truth.)

Without are sorcerers, whoremongers, murderers, idolators, and WHOSOEVER LOVES AND MAKES A LIE.

What is interesting about the story of Ahab and Micaiah, is that the lying spirit went into the mouths of God's true prophets and deceived Ahab into going into battle. Even Micaiah himself began by saying what all of the prophets had been saying. But he gave the reality when Ahab told him not to say anything but the truth to him in the name of the Lord.
