Switch to Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD....or even a Mac.

Tell the worms to go to hell.
 
To take it a step further. Do you know how many of my Open Source computers have an anti-virus program.......0. Ant-spyware program..........0.

If I wasted 1/2 the time that you do Lewis worrying about this non-issue garbage, I'd turn all these computers off.

All I fix all day long is Windows computers, Windows networks. The shop's server's are FreeBSD and OpenBSD, uptimes over 7 months now without a burp.

Windows, IMHO....sucks. I see it day in and day out.
 
This is why I use linux & for the Windows pc's in my network I have a customized linux firewall.
