A Question.

Let me first off mention this: I am a Christian, but I do respect any kind of religion no matter what my beliefs are, and I ask you the same. I am not a Christian basher or whatever you call those people. I have a question that I will try to word in the best way possible, I do not want anyone to be offended but if you are feel free to make fun of my grammar or call me a n00b or just send me a smiley like this ---> because it makes me chortle. I also was not sure which thread/topic/section thing to post this in, but I am sure the moderators can easily fix that. Okay, here is the question :

Which are you more against: Abortion, or Gays? and please explain.

This is for a research project I have for a class. And I apologize if I offend any of you.

I'm not against homosexuals, I just believe it is a sin. I don't bash them or protest against homosexuals.

Could you explain what you mean by "against." ?

I have nothing against homosexuals or any sexual, because my digression is better placed against those who hurt others instead of just being left alone. ;)

I am against abortion because it is not for men to end the work of God forming a person in the womb, life is a gift of God and children are a blessing of fruit.

I am against homosexuality because it is a sin like all other sins, the sinner needs like all sinners to believe in the Lord Jesus and recieve deliverance from the bondage of their sins.

I am not against gays. I love them the same as I love everyone, with a Christian love. They are lost in their sin and I have no right to judge them as I used to be a lost sinner, too.

Abortion, most definitely. It is ending a human life and is murder. It is killing an innocent being. In the womb, the "fetus" has a different genetic code from the mother, making it a different person. It isn’t like she is just snipping of a piece of her liver by getting an abortion; she is taking a human life. There are so many babies that will never be able to live, enjoy nature and the world God made for us, or experience anything good that we have, which I think is one of the worst parts of it. Not to mention that they never even had a choice in the matter.

I am not “against†homosexuals per se; rather homosexuality. I believe that homosexuality is wrong, as God created man and woman with the intentions of them being together, making children, etc. However, while homosexuals are sinners, so are we all. If I hated them from liking the same sex, I would have to hate everyone else as well, for everyone is a sinner. So hate the sin; not the sinner, basically.

I am against both equally, because both are sinful. I am all for righteousness, and God hates the sin as much as the sinner.

Thankfully, he has compassion and mercy. However, I wouldn't push God too far in that direction. Because he has his limits. So I would not go against his limits. So the best way to avoid this, is not to sin at all.
