The first 2 issues and 1/2 of the third are mainly diet related. People who eat a vegan diet are less prone to offensive odors and weight problems. Don't know what to say about the last part of 3.

Very true, body odor.
Problem is, for some people it is a disease, and they cannot control it.
It can be overcome but not easy as with the person that smells.
They suffer and they know it.
