Honour: kabowd,kaw-bode'; rarely kabod, kaw-bode'; from Hebrew (kabad); prop. weight; but only figurative in a good sense, splendor or copiousness :- glorious (-ly), glory, honour (-able).
The woman of strength is blessed because she is obedient to God's word; she seeks to do His will in her life. She is not self willed, but God-willed.
Psalm 128:1 (KJV)
A Song of degrees.
Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.
Proverbs 8:32 (KJV)
Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.
Praised: halal,haw-lal'; a primitive root; to be clear (origin of sound, but usually of color); to shine; hence to make a show, to boast; and thus to be (clamorously) foolish; to rave; causative to celebrate; also to stultify :- (make) boast (self), celebrate, commend, (deal, make), fool (-ish, -ly), glory, give [light], be (make, feign self) mad (against), give in marriage, [sing, be worthy of] praise, rage, renowned, shine.
A powerful woman reaches out to others and put into action what Jesus said; she understand that life is not about her and what others should do for her, but what she can do for others.
Acts 20:35 (KJV)
I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Proverbs 12:4 (KJV)
A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.
Virtuous: chayil,khah'-yil; from Hebrew (chuwl); probably a force, whether of men, means or other resources; an army, wealth, virtue, valor, strength :- able, activity, (+) army, band of men (soldiers), company, (great) forces, goods, host, might, power, riches, strength, strong, substance, train, (+) valiant (-ly), valour, virtuous (-ly), war, worthy (-ily).

*Valor:strength of mind or spirit that enables a person to encounter danger with firmness: personal bravery
Proverbs 31:26-28 (KJV)
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
A woman of strength respect her husband (if she is married); she knows that her husband being a man, God has been given him the responsibility to be the head of the household and she does not violate his right and responsibility to do so.
Ephes. 5:33 (KJV)
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
Titus 2:5 (KJV)
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
Wives who refuse to submit to their husband cause some unbelievers to speak unfavorably about the Bible. They shed a bad light on God's word; in effect, they help to prevent those who would otherwise come to God.
Blasphemed: blasphemeo,blas-fay-meh'-o; from Greek (blasphemos); to vilify; specially to speak impiously :- (speak) blaspheme (-er, -mously, -my), defame, rail on, revile, speak evil.
Proverbs 14:1 (KJV)
Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.

A woman of charter is of great value, because like precious stones she is a rare among women
Proverbs 31:10 (KJV)
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
Ruth Set An Egzample For All Women
Ruth 3:11 (KJV)
And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou requirest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman.
Women who are aggressive; seeking to compete or measure up to a man by trying to act as if they are a man, are turn off by honorable men. Most men are attracted to women who are really women and not those who are only a woman in gender
The Undesirable Woman
Proverbs 9:13 (KJV)
A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, and knoweth nothing.
Clamorous: hamah,haw-maw'; a primitive root [compare Hebrew (huwm)]; to make a loud sound (like English "hum"); by implication to be in great commotion or tumult, to rage, war, moan, clamor :- clamorous, concourse, cry aloud, be disquieted, loud, mourn, be moved, make a noise, rage, roar, sound, be troubled, make in tumult, tumultuous, be in an uproar.
The foolish and undesirable woman does not know when to keep her mouth shut; she tears down and rehashes old and forgotten hurt, she drives others away from her.
Proverbs 29:11 (KJV)
A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
Omit the word man this was added; in this case it would be better to use the word "Person" instead.
Proverbs 21:9 (KJV)
It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.
Brawling: medan,med-awn'; a form of Hebrew (madown) :- discord, strife.
Proverbs 27:15 (KJV)
A continual dropping in a very rainy day and a contentious woman are alike.
Contentious: madown,maw-dohn'; from Hebrew (diyn); a contest or quarrel :- brawling, contention (-ous), discord, strife.
Eccles. 7:26 (KJV)
And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.
There are some who are like a trap, she holds you down with her words; she is of a negative spirit. She does not uplift, she pulls you down, and she is a damper of your spirit.
Heart: leb, labe; a form of Hebrew (lebab); the heart; also used (figurative) very widely for the feelings, the will and even the intellect; likewise for the centre of anything :- + care for, comfortably, consent, × considered, courag [-eous], friend [-ly], ([broken-], [hard-], [merry-], [stiff-], [stout-], double) heart ([-ed]), × heed, × I, kindly, midst, mind (-ed), × regard ([-ed]), × themselves, × unawares, understanding, × well, willingly, wisdom.

Bands: 'ecuwr,ay-soor'; from Hebrew ('acar); a bond (especially manacles of a prisoner) :- band, + prison.
A Virtuous Womant Is Harder To Find than A Honerable Man
The virtuous woman seeks to be obedient to God's word and they know and understand when God is speaking to them through those who He has sent to them.
Matthew 7:21 (KJV)
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Luke 10:16 (KJV)
He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
Despiseth: atheteo,ath-et-eh'-o; from a compound of Greek 1 (a) (as a negative particle) and a derivative of Greek (tithemi); to set aside, i.e. (by implication) to disesteem, neutralize or violate :- cast off, despise, disannul, frustrate, bring to nought, reject.
A Rare Woman Indeed
Eccles. 7:28 (KJV)
Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found.
For God's Church one should not have to say among ten we cannot find one. The Christian woman would be a rare woman indeed in the world, but should be not so among her sisters in Christ; she should be one among many. The Christian women in the Church should not be more of the same cheep stones among cheep stones, but a diamonds among precious stones. If they are like the woman in the world, then they are nothing more than poor imitations.
