Many years ago in Scotland , a new game was invented. It was ruled “Gentlemen Only…Ladies Forbiddenâ€â€¦and thus the word GOLF entered into the English language.

The first couple to be shown in bed together on prime time television?
Well that would be Fred and Wilma Flintstone, of course!

Yep, making up stories. I remember. They based the Flintstones on The Honeymooners, did you know that? Ralph & Alice (Fred & Wilma), Ed & Trixie (Barney & Betty).

Ya know carrots didn't use to be orange? They were engineered to be orange. They used to be Purple, Black or White.

Case Western Reserve University in northeastern Ohio, founded in 1826, took it's name from the the surrounding area known as the "Western Reserve" of...Connecticut.

The tradition of bringing a pumpkin pie with you to thanksgiving dinner at your friends/relatives house at Thanksgiving started on the second Thanksgiving by the Pilgrims. In..1632, if I recall correctly.
