Have you had allergy testing done? I just started allergy shots in the late spring and let me tell you that it has been THE best thing ever. Sure, shots aren't fun, but it's been totally worth it. I already notice a huge difference. I give myself two shots once a week and it's such a tiny little needle that it's no big deal. The worst part of them is the itching and swelling that it causes on my arm for about 24 hours, but benedryl anti-itch cream helps a lot with that.
