so I bumped into pictures of these "Feminine Boys" and I guess you could say "forced" the attraction away and it worked, I was no longer attracted to them at all (I wasn't even attracted to men in general in the first place) but I wanted to know if it's still gay to force the attractions away, I know about the whole "attraction can't be controlled" but still...I don't wanna go to hell for this or even be gay, bisexual, etc

(I hope this makes sense I'm not very good at making sense)

God gives us the ability to "force away" every temptation.
It is written..."Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)
Good job !
Also be aware of this promise from God..."There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Cor 10:13)
You found, and used, God's escape this time.
They are always available.

Feminine boys are still boys, not girls. Trust in God's design or male and female, what you think is attraction is actually a distraction that intends to lure you away from God, don't give in to it.

Son, if you believe in Jesus, you are not going to hell. Satan cannot take you away from Jesus.

John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Satan will try to get you to sin. (Boy do I know! )
You are not going to hell for being tempted to sin. And you are right to a degree, you cannot stop it all of the time. But you can control your environment so that it is more difficult for you to be tempted. For example, if you were an alcoholic, does it make sense to go to cocktail bars? No. It also doesn't make sense sense to be looking at pictures of things with which you can be tempted. When you do, eare allowing yourself to be tempted. Know what I mean? So you do have some control over temptation if you exercise it.

To steal from Star Trek, "RESISTANCE IS NOT FUTILE." Jon Luc Picard ( I think that's how you spell it. Any Trekies out there know the correct spelling?)

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Resistance is not still being gay. Resistance is being a believer.

Well done.

Keep walking everybody.

You know, I'm online every day and never bump into porn, or sexual images of any kind. But, then, I'm very careful not to roam around the web blindly, or frequent morally-sketchy sites.

Romans 13:14
14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts.

The problem with making yourself deny an evil attraction/impulse is that you're working from the same source that produced the attraction to stop it. This is like trying to use the poison that's killing you to stop your poisoning.

When we "force" ourselves to resist a temptation, by our human will-power refusing evil desire, we can seem to succeed in the short run. But the carnal mind that wants to yield to temptation can't be the thing that keeps us from that temptation. You can't set the fox to guard the henhouse without eventual catastrophe.

God's way of escape from any and all sin is spelled out in Romans 6. In the chapter, the apostle Paul issued two basic commands in regards to dealing with sin:

1.) By faith, count on - trust yourself entirely to - the truth of who you are in Jesus Christ.

2.) Submit yourself to God as a slave of righteousness.

You see, any and all sin of whatever kind always invites (tempts) us to do two things:

1.) Deny who we are in Christ. (I'm not dead to sin and alive unto God.)

2.) Stand in God's place in our lives. (I call the shots, not God.)

And so, Paul gave two basic commands to the believer who wants to properly counter the two basic invitations of sin:

Romans 6:11
11 Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Romans 6:12-13
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts,
13 and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

If you are "in Christ," you are a "new creature" in him, "old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17). Only as you make a habit of standing, by faith, in this truth in the face of the temptation to act contrary to your identity in Christ will you ever begin to be conformed to it. We all, as children of God, must "walk by faith" (2 Corinthians 5:7) in who He says we are.

But there is little point in claiming the truth of who you are in Jesus if you refuse to walk before God throughout each day as the "living sacrifice" to Him that you must be. God will not fill a rebel with Himself, with His life and power, and without such filling, one cannot ever truly live in full liberty from the Source of all sin: The carnally-minded "old man" - the person we are apart from God.

So, be careful: In the end, regardless of short-term "successes" in resisting sin, you can only produce more of you. Only God can make you truly godly.

Galatians 5:16
16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.

Romans 8:13
13 for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

Galatians 6:8
8 ...the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

2 Corinthians 3:18
18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

Philippians 2:13
13 for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.

The problem with making yourself deny an evil attraction/impulse is that you're working from the same source that produced the attraction to stop it. This is like trying to use the poison that's killing you to stop your poisoning.
so what do I do then?

so what do I do then?
What ever you do, don't call the grace of God that enabled you to resist temptation, "poison".
Rejoice in the fact that your inner self fought back and won over temptation.

Like anything else you want to excel at, it takes time and effort to succeed.
Keep praying, and reading your bible, and look for others that believe as you do, for fellowship.

Okay, I'm just nervous because my parents always tell me, 'If gays don't change, they will go to hell,' or something along those lines. So, I'm scared that if I become gay or anything other than straight, my parents will be upset with me, and so will God.

Do you live in fear every day that you might take something that doesn't belong to you, tell a lie, be jealous of someone, use God's name in vain, or place more value on something than God? We all have tendencies to sin but we don't have to act on them. Resisting those things is a lifelong pursuit.

Propaganda talk...
You're not gay, but made guilty to think you're gay, if you think man can be handsome.
Seeing man handsome is not being gay, it means being normal person, and can detect what looks good and what doesn't.

Seeing femboy and getting 'attracted', you're actually attracted to woman physique, so you're straight ! End of story !

It doesn't matter how he 'identifies'. There's no such thing as 'identifies' in your brain sexuality. If brain sees something that resembles female physique, then you're attracted to it. Even if person in question identifies as 'it', like it's some ungendered object.

It's propaganda, pushing their propaganda. Abomination and their indulging in sexual immortality.

Chris Hemsworth, Brad Pitt, Jake Gyllenhaal , Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling, Tom Cruise.

That's how man should look like, if he takes care of his look. But due to propaganda, man can't take care of his look too much, or he will be called metrosexual (Brad Pitt), or gay.

There's nothing wrong as man to see other man as cute, handsome, cool, like these mentioned. Neither nothing wrong about appreciating their look. It's not gay. It's normal, suppressed by toxic masculinity, or lgbt propaganda.

USA thinks too much about sex. Make whole identity around their sexuality that they change frequently as they spiral in losing themselves in that chaos. Trying to 'find' their label of sexuality.

demisexual, sapiosexual , autosexual , androgynosexual. You can check what those means. But people base their identity on these labels. Or 'think' that's what they are..

For example: Demisexuality means being sexually attracted to someone only when you have an emotional bond with them.

So that shows how abominated those people are who push such propaganda. Sex was never designed to be used like people do it now.
So people have sexuality without emotional bond ? What do you say ? In bible times, it's called sin as it is by it's name, now they use other names for their sins, so not to make it sound too bad.

Like, shoplifting. So they don't admit that they're stealing. Easier to put off conscience.

It should be more on building healthy relationships, emotional bonding, and sex is something between two persons, male and female. There is no exceptions. Everything else is simply abomination. But in today culture you can't say nothing against those lgbt propaganda, or they get angry instantly. They don't want to be reminded of their sin.

It's the fire which burns whole house (lgbt propaganda), instead of having it enclosed in marriage like God intended.

If you have relationship with another without emotional bond, then you're sinning ! Because you're using other person. You're doing adultery, lusting. that's what that means.. It burns whole house, out of control when you look at sexuality like that.

Sexuality is not something you 'explore' with multiple partners, but explore in marriage to increase bond with your spouse to be more intimate, and sincere with each other. If you could cry in front of your partner and be comforted, that's what relationship should be. To be there for each other.

Your parents are right, but that also applies to liars, thieves, adulterers, arsonists, murderers, and everybody else who will not repent of their sins.

Hey All,
DoaWK1992 , this isn't about your parents views. This is about you. I reread your OP. Nowhere does it say that you are a believer.
Are you a believer?
Because that is the first step to ending your worries.
I want to share some scriptures with you to explain what I mean.

1. All have sinned.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

2. We have no righteousness within ourselves.

Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

3. Unforgiven sin leads to death.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

4. God provides a way for us, through His Son Jesus Christ, to have our sins forgiven, and have everlasting life. (Salvation)

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

5. Jesus will provide forgiveness, and salvation, if we receive Him into our lives.

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

6. When Jesus enters our lives, He cleanses us from all unrighteousness.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

7. Once we are cleansed, we are, in Christ, new creatures.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

If what I have shared with you rings true in your heart, you are not a believer, and you want to receive Jesus,
Pray this prayer out loud.

Jesus, I know that I am not where I should be with You. I repent of my sins, and ask You come into my life; and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Thank You Jesus. Amen.

If you prayed that prayer, you are a believer.
If you are already a believer, those points are still important to remember.

As a believer, make yourself accountable to God on a daily basis. At least three times a day.
In the morning, when you wake, thank God for the day. Not in some ritualistic way. But sincerely as a way of building a strong relationship with God. Ask Him to lead and guide you through your day. Specifically, ask God to lead you not into temptation; yeah just like the Lord's prayer.
Then go about your morning.

You have just made yourself accountable to God. God will do His part. You have to do yours.

At lunchtime, thank God for your food, and reconcile any sins. Ask for forgiveness if necessary, ask for further protection from sin.
Then go on with the rest of your day.

All the while now you are doing your part. You have to find another way to occupy your time. Take up a hobby. Learn to play an instrument. See if there is anything you can do to help others less fortunate. If you do this, you won't have time for the sexual sin. Do something to break the cycle that keeps you in this sin.

At night, before you sleep, give thanks for the day, for God's many blessings, and reconcile any sin you may have committed. (By reconcile I mean ask for forgiveness.) And ask God for a great day tomorrow.

Being answerable to God on a daily basis will change how you go about your day. Because you don't want to hurt someone who loves you. Also you will not like coming before God in shame. If you love God you will do everything you can to avoid "the prayer of shame."

As you keep doing this a lunchtime will roll around and you will have no sin to report. Just think how that would make you feel. Then you will get to the day where at bedtime you will have had no sin to report all day. As you do this you will see a pattern of less sin in your life. One day without sin can become two and on you go.

Will this make your life perfect?
No. You will still make mistakes.
But after you have done the prayer of shame a few times, you will begin trying to avoid it at any cost. I absolutely hate having to go to God in a sinful condition. I hate to fail anything. You may develop the same attitude. It means you would rather please God than yourself.
You know what that is?

Spiritual maturity.

By the way your parents are not wrong.
Practicing habitual, unrepentant sexual sin, is not of God. It is sin. Why would you want to hurt your parents?

Well I've given you something to think about. Thanks for letting me share this with you.

Keep walking everybody.
May God bless,
Taz

God loves you and desires for you to know Him, and to know how much He truly loves you.

As you draw near to Him and spend time with Him and in His word, you will begin to grow strong in understanding and making sense of things. You will also have more and more peace in your mind and heart.

God bless you and keep you.

I am saved.
Hey All,
Terrific DoaWK1992.

Now, what about the rest of what I suggested?

You know this particular sin done in private.
It is caused, partially, by loneliness, as well as by the physical hormonal changes of going through puberty.
The less private time you have, the less time you have to commit the sin.
So find a way to be in the presence of others.
Be on the Internet in the presence of others.
It will change your searches.
Because you won't want to embarrass yourself.
The fear of social embarrassment actually protects us from this sin. And it is effective.

Keep walking everybody.
May God bless,
Taz

If you're one of God's children, nothing has the power to compel you to be homosexual. For all of His children, God has put to death the source of all sin in their life: their "old Self." As His children learn to live by faith in this truth, they cease to fear the power of sin and find its power is truly broken in their lives. Read Romans 6. Or Galatians 2:20. Or Galatians 5:24. Or Colossians 3:1-4. All of these verses tell you what the truth is about you as God's child and your death to sin and Self. Know it, believe it and live it out by God's power!
