America the Ironic

This country fought great wars to ensure the fact that we remained a sovereign and free nation. There has been lots of bloodshed to make sure that this country and it's people remained free to worship as they see fit and free from the enslavement of a dictatorship. While we did in fact remain free we also through these same wars became a people whose morals had started to decline. With each skirmish and great war the people became more jaded and the separation of the households began to take an effect. Slowly things began to creep into society and then there was a flood of filth, i.e. Elvis, rock and roll, tales from the crypt magazine, playboy magazine, ad nauseam.


Anyway what's the irony? The irony is that all of our freedom has made us slaves to sin. And now God has seen fit to make us slaves to China, they own us, and O Bama, because the first plank of communism is to demoralize the people. Once that's gone so far God will let the evil take charge of things. You can't blame Him because essentially when the people prefer the bondage of sin to being set free there really isn't much else left for Him to do. Is there?
