Some women are extremely unlucky to cross paths with such a maniac.
The psychology of these guys is all about control. They must have control. If you don't let them have control, they will do anything. Including murder. They are the ultimate control freaks. He should never been allowed bail. It was obvious he was a serious threat to others. The victim was not protected like they should have been.

I sympathise with your pov. Judges and lawyers play the legal game. In some ways their hands tied, due to following the rules.Well some Judge obvioulsy didnt see a threat and thought it ok someone who throws a woman to the ground with a cord around her neck then punches her in the face mulitple times and then throws her out a moving vehicle should be released on bail and now shes dead. I wonder how the judge who gave him bail feels now i wonder if they even have a conscience. Was it not obvious he was a serious threat to people in society doing something like that.?
Where was the victims protection?. The government is there to keep us all safe and protect us. Yea right. I would be surprised if the violent offender is placed in general population in prison where he would probably get his wig split, i will not be surprised if hes placed in protection while his victim is innocent and dead.
