And in breaking news, .....

Some day God will make us all accountable and he'll say to the big shots, "pay up, or else".....
Yeah, that'll be the day....

He should never been allowed bail. It was obvious he was a serious threat to others. The victim was not protected like they should have been.

The psychology of these guys is all about control. They must have control. If you don't let them have control, they will do anything. Including murder. They are the ultimate control freaks.

Well some Judge obvioulsy didnt see a threat and thought it ok someone who throws a woman to the ground with a cord around her neck then punches her in the face mulitple times and then throws her out a moving vehicle should be released on bail and now shes dead. I wonder how the judge who gave him bail feels now i wonder if they even have a conscience. Was it not obvious he was a serious threat to people in society doing something like that.?

Where was the victims protection?. The government is there to keep us all safe and protect us. Yea right. I would be surprised if the violent offender is placed in general population in prison where he would probably get his wig split, i will not be surprised if hes placed in protection while his victim is innocent and dead.

I sympathise with your pov. Judges and lawyers play the legal game. In some ways their hands tied, due to following the rules.
A he said, she said scenario? But if she had evidence of such cruelty, it's hard to deny .

I agree with you in a fair justice system but when they get it wrong is the Judge still acknowledged as a repected judge?. I mean do they stand down or just continue?.

I mean a Judge is a high authority who should be respected in society and if after they get proven wrong for there judgement they should stand down and be humbled. I mean a wrong call even if there intention is good and they doing there best to make the right call its still a fail if they make the wrong call.

A judge should be perfect in there judgement. I know God and Chirst are.

I agree with you and understand a judge does there best given the evidence available to try make the best call.

I dont like violence and i get a bit upset with the amount of violence and abuse going on in this world and start rambling on not thinking clearly.

There was a homicide yesterday in my old town thats why i left that place the violence in that town was getting out of control. Always hearing neighbours fighting and shouting abuse. People always getting beat up and robbed.
