I wonder how things stand if their is an outstanding bond. Or even an outstanding second bond on that house. Mmmm maybe there is more to this than meets the eye?How can someone intentionally just destroy a property and say "I don't know what happened".As usual one should just follow the money and see what pops out of the cracks.
What happens quite a lot is that guys or girls borrow money on the property on the pretext of "renovations" but then blow it all on something else.Oh well time will tell.My sympathies do however go out to these homeless people.

Eons ago, I used to know people who when they would fight with their wife and get mad, they would punch a hole in the drywall. In this way, they could vent without hurting their wife or getting an assault charge or worse. Sucks to have a hole in the wall but I understand the logic. I'm pretty sure that nowadays they will take a guy in for punching a hole in his own wall. Taking away the husbands ability to vent makes it fester and continue to grow...so they're starting to up the ante in order to vent. There's no demonstrated violence in a house that isn't there and she can't get the house from him then either. It becomes a financial matter, lol.
