5.00am wake up
Oh darn! Not the weekend yet.
Get out of bed
Ouch ..this plantar fasciitis will never heal

5.15am
Brush teeth
Oh look this toothbrush is almost worn out.
Wash face
Ouch that waters too hot. Look I need a haircut. Don't use that same hopeless barber!
5.30am
Breakfast
My turn to walk the dog..(groan)
Almost out of cornflakes. I wager they are not on special this week.
Look at the weather outside. Hey can we have some sunshine? Is that too much to ask?

Today
7.00am arrive at pool. Why isn't this open yet? It's 7am for crying out loud! I might withdraw my membership. It's just not good enough. I bet some employees are out the back fagging or having a gossip. Think I will give them a piece of my mind via a feedback form.
7.01am pool opens..oh look at the queue. I'll never get my fave lane.
7.05am I can't stand sharing a lane. And my fave lane had 3 in it. Lord have mercy! Why are people so selfish!!

I've mainly got anxiety and anger in equal amounts. I don't suffer much depression by Ellis's definition.

I don't know the answer to that one. I knew someone who was told that her severe back pain was caused by her obsession of intense dislike of another woman. Is it possible? I don't know

Hey sticks and stones. I've been called some awful names on Twitter. It's water off a ducks back when you expect it. It's when you are in a polite environment, that it comes as a surprise. And sometimes shock. Sometimes the more subtle, backhanded compliment is more stinging.

My dog didn't smile when I arrived home. He got away with a warning. He knows I'm angry.

He gets separation anxiety.its hard to get angry at him to be honest. He melts me so easily. He stands on his hind quarters to give me a hug recently.
