Hi,

My name is Terri, I live in Western Australia. I'm a happily married grandmother, though all my grandchildren live on the opposite side of the country from me. I have 2 dogs, several fish and a Stimson Python snake for pets.

Just a casual housewife really. Non denominational, don't go to a "church building" but that doesn't make me any less spiritual in my opinion.

Visited New Orleans back in 1993. My husband is originally from England, but I'm about a 4th generation Australian, coming from Irish and English stock.

That's about it really... :)

I'm from Sydney, so I'm also on the opposite side of the country from you! Gland you've found the site and that there's another Australian on here.

I'm also descended from Ireland, England and Wales.
 
I really just consider myself to be an Ozzie...I think I have a bit of Scots in there too....my husband is a Pom (naturalised Ozzie now) but he had a Polish Jewish grandmother on his mothers side, so he's a bit of a mixture too. :P

I lived in Sydney for 5 years during the 80's., actually born in SA....but the family moved west when I was 3.....100 yrs ago...lol
 
No matter what my herritage, I consider myself Australian if I was born here or are a citizen. My dad's mum is Irish, and my mum's mum is British. Not sure where the Welsh comes from. :shrug
 
Welcome Terri in the name of Jesus to the CF Ministries. I hope in Christ that you enjoy fellowshipping with us, and that you'll be bless, as well as us being bless by you. We have a "Ladies Locker Room" [by invitation] for discussions that may be private/personal and not for the viewing of men due to the subject, and visa versa with the "Men's Locker Room".

We respectfully inform/ask that before you enter any/all forums, please read the rules, and strickly abide by them so not to have any misunderstandings arise. And not reading them before you enter....is unacceptable reasoning if one should arise. We also request that when any/all moderators have given noticed on the boards, that it's immediately taken heed of the first time. No one is the exception from following the rules, members/moderators alike. And we would appreciate/request the display of the "Fruits of the Spirit" when communicating with "ALL" members [lost or saved]. This ministry is not of chaos, but of obedience/harmony/peace and the display of Christ love among us.

So outside of that....we hope in Christ that you have a great time! All of us are looking forward to getting to know you on the boards. We're thankful our Lord has led you here to be a part of the Body of Christ here at CF. May our Lord continue to be a Lamp at your feet, and may our Lord lead you to be a blessing to others as well. Welcome aboard, and Onward Christian Soldier! And enjoy yourself, have fun, we have some great brethern here to share the Word of God with.


Don't you just love being a grandmother...it's nothing like it. My grandbabies are so spoiled, then of course I give them back to mommy and daddy like a good grandmother! Mine call me Gah Gah :lol We'll have to share grandmother stories about ours sometime. And you sound like me, all I'm missing in my house is a partrish in a pear tree. :)
