I love evangelical underhanded tactics. Nothing like trying to embarrass people in order to give their message fuel.

Well that was nauseating. Reminds me of the time I yelled "You're the reason why people have lost their respect for Christianity!" out the window of my car at some "christians" yelling at "sinners" at an intersection. The head honcho was maaad.

I wouldn't say they are out to emabarass anyone. This girl agreed to the interview and then stuck around to talk about Jesus. She could have left sooner but she stuck around. The reason why she may have been embrassed was because the true Gospel chaps her hyde. She believes in the wrong way to Jesus. All you have to do is believe in Jesus, love Jesus, and pray to Jesus, but that is not what saves you or makes you a believer. Sadly, this girl believes this, and may end up in hell because of false teaching.

We can learn a lot from this video. We as Christians need to do a better job of preaching the true Gospel. :yes

:amen

Arrogant, condescending, deceptive, two-faced...

These are not christian virtues so I can only conclude that the men trying to trap her are not christians. That may be what their towels say but it ain't true.

At least the girl was being honest. In this vid she comes out ahead.

:amen[/quote:1b1d1tqw]No. The interviewer dodged her question and gave a vague description of what the interview was about. Ask the person what she thought was important. Rushed her with the God question and became very condescending. The interviewer was being deceitful on purpose to help prove a point. This is one of the reasons I'm shunned from one of the Evangelical churches in my area, I would call followers and pastors out when they where using deceiving tactics.

For a group that is quite against the horrors of agendas from the left, they seem pretty good at using the exact same techniques. :yes

I agree that we Christians need to do a much better job of preaching the real gospel.

I also agree that these men are *NOT* doing a very good job of preaching it.

Had to come back and edit, I meant that they are NOT doing a good job of preaching the gospel.

She was being honest, yes, but it doesn't sound like the Lord is first in her life. The Bible says God must be first. I don't believe she comes out ahead of her interviewers. I can not judge her heart because I do not know it, but if she believes that all she needs to do in order to be saved is pray to Jesus and love God, that is not what saves. I do not have any problem with anything the interviewers asked. The fact is, the truth chapped her hyde. She is too prideful to admit it.

If we can be saved and still go around and have premarital sex with no reverence at all for the Lord, then we all might as well be doing it. But based on the short interview, I don't know how she really feels. But I pray for her and others alike.

Dave,
Treating her as they did only succeeded in reinforcing her distaste for christians. The choice of who she puts first in her life is hers. When people like this guy finally understand that maybe he'll do alittle better at "winning souls" to Christ.
By the way, winning souls to Christ is something we can't even take credit for. The Holy Spirit does that.

Winning souls is completely done by the Holy Spirit. I agree. :amen

That is all I have to say on this subject for now.

God Bless!

I don't agree with her, but the interview was unfair to say the least.
