any bikers

A guy I work with races in a local tour. I myself have a bike but I don't ride much, I am big into running. I do have a great appreciation for the athletic skill and endurance biking takes. I also like to watch the 'Tour de France' when its being run on OLN... 8-)
 
I love to ride Mountain bike. I tore my triceps on my right arm lifting weights last april and had to have it re-attached surgically. I am only able to ride my beach cruiser at the moment.

Are you a road bike racer?
