Apologetics versus Evangelism

When posting on the internet, is apologetics a form of evangelism or should they be treated entirely separate? After all, apologetics is "defending the faith" and evangelism is an outreach ministry.


Can you "outreach" while you are defending the faith or is that a stretch of the imagination?

Apologetics is the ability to defend the Faith. I believe you should nbever engage in a debate about Christ with an unbeliever. They cannot understand. Always stick to the Cross. When they try to get you off the Cross, bring them back to the Cross. There is power in the message of the Cross.

Evangelism is telling others about Christ's free gift of salvation.
