Are motivational speakers real?

There are motivational speakers, right? And there are people who are the "whatever kinds of preachers" they are. Some kind of find these motivational speakers arrogant...and full of pride.

Most of the ones I know are erudite, proficient etc...and know how to use words.

How do you reconcile this with the fact that God usually speaks through the nobodies?

Sometimes nobodies become somebodies because of their message.

The nobodies who became the apostles became the most read people in the world, everywhere in the world for the last 2,000 yrs. Now that is exceptional.
