"are we all born into sin ? are we all brothers and sisters ?"
We are all born with a disposition toward gross selfishness from which all sin arises, yes. We aren't born sinners, however, inheriting the guilt of the sin of our forebears. We suffer under the curse their sin foisted upon all humanity, though.
Not all who claim to be brothers or sisters in the Lord actually are, no. Why do you ask?

We are all born into sin. We sin because we are sinners, we are not sinners because we sin.
And in order to be brothers and sisters we must have the same father, and there are two groups of people on the planet. Always have been. The seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent.
