argh, debug mode.

What's up with that debug mode? every time I try to post or PM someone it says:

Could not connect to smtp host : 111 : Connection refused

I'm not sure if it really did post it or not. (it's not such a big deal with posts in threads since you can see if it got posted, but PMs are the problem)
