Having posted 3 lyrics on Fri, I said to the Lord, "I won't post this 1 unless & until You tell me clearly, as I don't want to monopolise, but to encourage the creativity of others"

Lo & behold the timely verses for Saturday 22 Oct day from http://www.arcamax.com/cgi-bin/news/channel/1013

Today's Scripture

He is our Protector!

The name of the LORD is a strong tower;
the righteous run to it and are safe.

Proverbs 18:10 NIV

The LORD is thy keeper:
the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day,
nor the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil:
He shall preserve thy soul.

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy
coming in from this time forth,
and even for evermore.

Psalm 121:5-8 KJV

Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name; you are Mine!

When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
And through the rivers,
they will not overflow you.

When you walk through the fire,
you will not be scorched,
Nor will the flame burn you.
For I am the LORD your God,
The Holy One of Israel, your Savior.

Isaiah 43:1-3 NASB

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust."

For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
and from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover you with his pinions,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

You will not fear the terror of the night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,

nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.

Psalm 91:1-7 ESV

You may want to look up and meditate on this complete psalm...it's wonderful!

Psalm 125
A song of ascents.
1 Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion,
which cannot be shaken but endures forever.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem,
so the LORD surrounds his people
both now and forevermore.

The miracle of timing is that 30+ friends of mine are probably, even as I type, flying back to Liverpool from having spent the Succot Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem

I also feel very strongly to share that I've spent many hours, in the past 2/3 days, praying for folk in Mexico, Cuba & Florida - my Messianic Jewish Christian neighbour has worked with street kids & orphans in 7 countries, inc Cuba & Israel

A verse very much on my heart these past 2/3 days is "Jesus said, 'I am the Resurrection & the Life: he who believes/trusts in Me shall never die, & he who lives & believes in Me, tho' he may die, yet shall he live!"

My parents - both with Jesus in Heaven - are more alive now than they have ever been

"All God's promises are yes & amen in Christ Jesus"

God bless!
