Actually, CRT is a legal theory, taught in law schools. No public school teaches it. Hard to believe that there are no lawyers in the Australian senate smart enough to know this...

Some sociology, government, or history courses might include material on how structural racism could exist, but CRT is something taught in law schools because it's legal theory, not history, or sociology, or government.
