You older believers with heads full of grey
The world you grew up in has faded away
And now something new is forever to stay
And the Lord needs room to invade it
So please have some faith and he will win the day

There's so much potential for the girls and the boys
To hear the good lord speak to them through their toys
The smartphone can heal, as well as destroy
So won't you have faith in God's saving?
The great stage is set for an explosion of Joy

You think that your culture is timeless indeed
But don't try to entice them with what they don't need
'Cause it isn't timeless, you better take heed
Ignorance is not a weapon
And where you see flowers they only see weeds

The gospel has made it through two thousand years
