When I'm out n about walking or driving around I like to look at people. I wonder if they're saved and many times bless them.
It's not like it used to be. People used to engage each other with a smile n a wave or something. Nowadays people look at each other like they owe 'em money. People are scared of each other now. It's not right and will be the downfall of our country.
Sometimes I wish I'd been born back in cowboy days. Not only do I like the clothes from that period, and the lack of big brother, but people were a lot nicer to each other then. They helped each other instead of relying on govt..
Ok Bob, we'll help you build your house, but come next spring, come help put up my barn. Fair enough? And so forth...
That's as cool as it gets! The townsfolk had a unified spirit of sorts. In fact, I believe that an unspoken obligation to help existed. (As we know, scripture backs that up too)
Oh, that we had that unified spirit in this day & age! We will need that unification in these end times. We have to turn this around within our communities ourselves, and the buck starts here, with me (you).
That's how it's done. Individually and personally. I encourage all my Brothers and Sisters here to make a (greater) effort to help people in need, engage people on the street, say hi and smile. Put out the vibe of helpfulness and love.
Scripture says if one asks for you to go a mile with him...to go two miles with him. That's a great spirit to walk in! Kindness is contagious so it's important to do I rtf.
Blessings be upon you Brother's & Sisters.
