The Bible tells us to preach the Word/Truth immediately and without hesitation, rather it is the proper time in man’s eyes or not! For if left up to them, they never want to hear it if truth be known.
We were all like that at one time in our life, but aren’t we grateful that they did not give up on us? I am grateful to God for the sending someone.
Now we must fear our judgment of God and our Lord Jesus if we shrink back from telling the Truth of God’s Word to avoid persecution from others.
The lost do not know what is good for them, as we did not, and we are held accountable to love our enemies and bless them .Not with a bunch of carnal things that decay, but with the Truth so they can have opportunity to be saved, reborn, renewed in mind and blessed by God which is the greatest thing you can do for anyone.
It does not matter if it is socially acceptable, or politically correct, or that we won’t be invited next time, or they will be hurt or angry with us.
Who’s earth and man are these anyway? God’s!! The enemy should have not legal rights to tell you to stop talking about God? Or when it is ok to do so. Think about this!
These are like wayward children without understanding who always rebuke & rebel against their parents who do what is best for them, instead of what is convenient. These parents are willing to lay down their life for Christ to sacrifice themselves(in the child’s eyes and heart) for the good of their child and faithfulness to Christ and not the child’s destruction by lawless discipline.
While most of the world is led by their spiritual father the devil, they are still all God’s Creation, His prodigal sons. And He hopes all will repent and return home to the Father of heaven.
2 Tim 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
