Being Christian and being competitive

Well, win at all costs is not the way to go.
Walking over others to get to the top. Even in a game of football, a sneaky strategy in order to draw a penalty is hardly being honest and transparent.
What about businessmen competing for a contract? How far will they go? Will they cheat?
I'm no communist but capitalism does sometimes encourage greed. And cheating too.
What does a Christian businessman look like? Surely they must be high ethics.
So the cliche goes " we live in a dawg eat dawg world".
If you are Christian, you can't be a sore loser either.

The truth is just the truth. I joined a social football team the other month and sometimes i play keeper and the other day the Ref asked me if i touched the ball for a corner and i said yes because i did, he thanked me for my good sportsmanship, bring on the corner kick and get past me if you can thats great.

Im competitive but i also try be truthful. If not im only cheating myself.

After a game i always compliment the other team for something good they did. You guys done some nice kicks and that was a good goal for example.

No one is my enemy. If i was on the other team i would say the same thing to my team.
