Being Happy

Everyone can live a prideful life, believing they are better than everyone else, and treating other people disrespectfully. However, no one will find happiness until they humble themselves to Jesus Christ.

Right?
 
Joy is knowing Jesus and serving Him, in spite of how unhappy one may feel.

Happiness is circumstantial. Joy transcends our circumstances. Only in knowing Jesus can one produce and enjoy that fruit.

Yep - until they believe with all our minds, hearts and soul in the Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ ... even more so when we get to heaven ...
 
I think there's a difference between being happy and being peacefully content. The latter is what I believe comes from God.

Happiness is a state of mind. Peaceful content is a state of being.
