Lots of respectable people believed that the world was flat... Lot's did.. clergy, scientists, astronomers....
Now lots of respectable people believe the earth is round.
If I want to believe that the world is flat (don't laugh, we had a flat-earther as a member here at one time) and choose to ally myself with the respectable people who believed it to be flat, will it be flat?
Or, if I want the earth to be round and ally myself with the respectable people who believe it to be round, will be become round?

a lot of respectable people believe that a child isnt a child unless its outside the womb.
a lot of respectable people believe that because everyone else has a tattoo, then they should too;)
never confuse "respectable" with "intelligent" or "truth".
