Best book containing an English translation of the Dead Sea Scrolls?

I recently ordered "The Dead Sea Scrolls Bible" online, but was wondering if this or a different edition was the best and COMPLETE (for what they have discovered anyway) compilation. So what would you recommend?

I own the following book on the Dead Sea Scrolls which is a translation of only the scriptural manuscripts among them:

The Dead Sea Scrolls Bible: The Oldest Known Bible Translated for the First Time into English. Martin G. Abegg, Peter W. Flint, Eugene Charles Ulrich. 1999.

I really like that book. It suits my reference needs.

If you however are wanting to read more on the Dead Sea Scrolls as a whole (including the sectarian literature) you might try looking at something like: The Complete Dead Sea Scrolls in English - by Geza Vermes. Geza Vermes is a well known translator of the DSS. That might be the way to go for a complete reference.

Edit: I take that back, that book says in the review: "Vermes has left out the copies of Hebrew scriptures that are available elsewhere, instead focusing on the sectarian writings of the Essene community at Qumran and the intertestemental texts". I guess keep poking around on Amazon until you find one that has them all. I do remember it being difficult though to find any Dead Sea Scrolls book that actually had the Hebrew Scripture portions in them! I guess they weren't as "interesting" as the completely new manuscripts that were found (at least not in more recent books), thus the focus was more on the latter. That book I own was the only one I could find for the Scripture portions, thus why I bought it. The rest just seem to have the sectarian literature. If you do find a complete reference though let me know. (Sorry I guess I wasn't much of a help after all :))

When I was in Israel and saw the scrolls on display I asked about the Hebrew scripture parts. The answer I got was read your BIBLE the differences in the scripture translation are only of writing form of interest only to language students and do not effect the meaning.
I looked again some years later and got the same answer.
