Kent Hovind is the man.

If I'm not mistaken, Kent was taking on a table of about 4-5 Atheists, Science Professors, etc. in this video. He was debating them in a high school gymnasium with all the bleachers filled with people and he was all by himself. If you ever see the full video, it's pretty good. He wins the debate pretty handily.

That's a man who really stood up and fought for God's Truth. He was imprisoned years later on trumped-up charges and spent a number of years inside before he was finally released. He hasn't been as active, I don't think, since he's been freed, but I do see videos of his online occasionally.
