Beware of Conspiracy Theories

This section is often filled with quick conclusions and half baked conspiracy theories. If you want to be certain of when Christ comes, I'll tell you when. Jesus said, "You won't know the time, but you will know the season." Sorry I can't provide a verse number, but I did remember that much. Jesus was saying that although the exact time of His second coming will not be revealed to us, he did say that we will know the "season," or the signs of his coming. Jesus often used the example of Summer season to cite examples of His coming. Just as we know when summer is near, so we will know that Christ is coming. Also beware of false Christs, brethren, for Jesus said, "Many will come in that day saying, "I am He"...if a man says, 'Look! There is the Christ!' Don't believe him! For the Son of man is coming from the clouds with power from on high!"

I try not to heed conspiracy theories and even certain speculations about end times. I learned my lesson after Y2K. Speculation is just that - speculation. But God knows the truth and He is in control and I know where I'm going in the end. That's all I need to know. :yes

I agree JoJo. I love reading the Bible and taking in all the messages that's included within. Obsessing over the end is pointless. I'm more concerned about things I can control. Like salvation...
