I have to say something against what I read in the Forerunner commentary on Bibletools.org, though this is not against Bibletools.org itself.
Here (in a commentary on 1st John) it abrogates several freedoms of Christians and condemns Protestantism: http://bibletools.org/index.cfm/fuseact ... MM/RTD/CGG . It tries to push the label of antinomianism (lawlessness) on observance of Sunday worship (which was celebrated because it was the day Christ rose) and observance of Easter and Christmas. On top of that (which I absolutely can't believe) it condemns Protestantism as antinomian and Catholicism as the only true faith. Calling someone antinomian is a serious claim (and even offense if misapplied - as in this circumstance) because it is calling someone lawless, and the Bible makes it clear that those who practice lawlessness are not in the light (1 John 3:4). This sounds an aweful like the old declaration, which even the Catholic church has renounced today, of NULLA SALUS EXTRA ECCLESIAM (No salvation outside the Catholic Church).
What are these people trying to push?
