Biblical numerology is a legitimate field but beware of Gematria and Kabbalistic applications. They derive things that are not there. As for the "Bible code" it is debatable if it is authentic. There is a thread around here somewhere on the Bible code in which I explain my reasoning more proficiently on the Bible code.
