Bible Study Bible Study Tricks??

This question starts Bible study from day one on. No tricks intended!
OK: From day one, was it dark or was it light? And if one or the other, why so? And if not so why not? And once again, we need the Matt. 4:4 & 2 Tim. 3:16 total Inspiration to get the Bible answer.

And is the question important to be understood for one to believe right? so that the Word of God is its own hermeneutics, and yes it is very much so.

Now when I posted up tricky Bible study? I did not mean that there are any tricks there, but that we read & our understanding plays tricks on us. In other words we read and do not comprehend what it says. Or that we just do not dig deep enough. In Gen. 1, I asked was it dark or light & why so?? We will get back to that later on, but here is another example in Acts 10 when read by most people from the reformation time on. We find only some of the Truth has came forward. Let me just run through this & make some comments.

Acts 10

[9] On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:
[10] And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
[11] And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
[12] Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.


[13] And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
[14] But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
[15] And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.


[16] This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
[17] Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made inquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,


OK: Tricky??? Three TIMES Peter had the same Vision saying the same thing! And NEVER do you hear today why Peter knew for sure that HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND IT’S MEANING. But he would know that most all today were not correct in the reason why he did not ever eat anything common or unclean if he were around, huh?. Mal. 3:6 ‘For I am the LORD, I change not; ....’.

Heb. 13:
[8] Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

I like Psalms 33:6-9 & Job 26:7. Inspiration in 1 Cor. 14:32 has it that.. ‘And the Spirit of the Prophets [ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROPHETS].’ David & Job agree.

Psalms 33

[6] By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
[7] He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.
[8] Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
[9] For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.

Does one believe God? Go read a whole crew of Heb. 11:13 ones from the OT that did.

And Job 26

[7] He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

OK: DARKNESS in space with Gen. 1 with verse 2 only seen befor the Godhead arrived.

Gen. 1 ‘And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. ..’ (not ready for the rest of the verse as of yet!)

OK: When the three of the Godhead arrived we need to note some Truth about Them!!

First lets see Rev. 21? (And NO, one cannot understand [BIBLE STUDIES] without the Bible! 2 Tim. 3:16 has it even said as ‘doctrine’ + the WORD of God/Christ Himself in Matt. 4:4!)

Rev. 21

[1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
[2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
[3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
......
[10] And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
[11] Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;

.....

[22] And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
[23] And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Just some highlights for seeing that this is the city home. And to build on the GLORY OF THE GODHEAD. (we will have country homes as documented in Isa.)

Some more Truth of the BRILLIANT LIGHT & GLORY of the Godhead as seen in 2 Thess. 2

[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
[9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

It is easy to get side/tracked here with all of this important Truth. But notice the emphasis of highlights that I put there. The wicked that are still alive will be slain when (all the wicked are dead) Christ comes again & the wicked dead stay dead. And satan is allowed his evil work with ‘all power and signs and lying wonders’ (just before Christ Comes AGAIN!)

More on the Glory of just ‘one’ of the Godhead for when EARTH is seen to be created! In Exod. we see Moses in the Mount...

Exod. 33

[17] And the LORD said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.
[18] And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.
[19] And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
[20] And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.
[21] And the LORD said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:
[22] And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
[23] And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.

In the highlights we find Agape Real GLORY + and IMAGE that man was created with at his beginning. And sinful flesh & blood (at least) can no longer look at a Holy God. See Rev. 22:4

So lets stop here for now, and get back to the Godhead at the beginning of the Earth’s creation later on. Yet, you can be sure with Bible Study, that when the Godhead was even approaching void Earth, that it was surrounded with Their Tremendous Glory! And we can be sure that God wants us to.. 'Bible Study' all of His Words for doctrine!

Just one more tricky ‘Bible Study’ caution before we go back to the start of Earth Creation. We read of a shaking or great falling away just before Christ returns the second time bodily! This would be TWICE that He came to earth bodily.
2 Thess. 2
[1] Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
[2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as [that the day of Christ is at hand].

[3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day [shall not come, except there come a falling away first], and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

OK: The time/frame cannot be missed, the COMING OF OUR LORD! And DO NOT be [[SHAKEN]] + [[Let NO man Deceive you]]. And??? [[THERE IS TO BE A FALLING AWAY FIRST!]]

That seems simple enough if read slowly? Yet, it to is tricky for understanding if only reads it, it needs to be STUDIED! Why would you be troubled with this message? And what does FALLING AWAY mean?? And deception with this message means what??

Well, we started out with ‘just’ before the first week’s creation. And have not gotten into that yet. There was brought up questions that needed to be understood.. Powerful Light & a dark uncreated Earth. And the purpose for this is for us to see that we need Matt. 4:4 & 2 Tim. 3:16’s complete Bible Book being not just read, BUT STUDIED. [Thus.. Bible Study!]

And this I will say is ‘spiritually’ tricky to catch hold of. I ask you the question... FALLING AWAY FIRST just before our Lord comes again, fall away from where, and again, just before Christ came? If it was & is again to be as Eccl. 3:15 documents, then we need to [only] locate it taking place the first time. (+ just before He came the FIRST TIME. The end of the O.T. & the End of the N.T.) Because that Prophecy has these ‘two falling’s away’ we need to know what that means. Let me say it this way?? There was & is a True Virgin Fold [DOCUMENTED IN GODS WORD]. Isa. 5 has it...

[1] Now will I sing to my well beloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My well beloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:
[2] And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.
[3] And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me [and] my vineyard.
[4] What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it?
.....
[7] For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the [house] of Israel, ...’ (not the land, but the DOCTRINAL HOUSE!)

OK: In closing this out for today, ask yourself to answer correctly about the SHAKING or GREAT FALLING AWAY when Christ came the first time? And just before 2 Thess. 2 we found that Eccl. 3:15 has Him coming again, and just before that takes place, we ‘are not to be troubled neither by spirit nor by word’ So.. WHO STAYED PUT & WHO LEFT Whom here? (Check Matt. 23:38 + Rev. 17:1-5 + Rev. 3:9 below)

Matt. 23
[37] O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
[38] Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. (fulfilled prophecy, to again to be seen repeated)

Rev. 17
[4] And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
[5] And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (coming on strong as we speak)
Rev. 3
[9] Behold, I will make themof the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; ..’ (their final ‘tricky Ending’ still not seen by for most)

And creation’s first week is just such, as a spiritually tricky read, when not studied & prayerfully done so as required! True Bible Study has the Lord being His own hermeneutics Rom. 8:14

Hi forum. Because it takes much time to do postings here, and I never know what will be allowed or kept intact without having the thread being closed, or with a mod jumping in with some restrictions that a postor (or me) has violated & having been removed.
