I was wondering if anyone has participated in the Bible Study called Boundaries, written by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.

Subject content: When to say yes, when to say no. Take control of your life.
 
Yes, though we didn't complete it. It helped me to quit commiting myself to so many business projects--especially "favors."

I feel fine saying "no" now because time with my family is more important.

I'm working on that now. I've had a few small victories. Of course, if Democrats get elected and our taxes shoot up I'll have to work more to make ends meet.
 
I heartily recommend that book and study. Especially for people who have addictive personalities, a pattern of unhealthy relationships or trust issues.
