OK.... So I'm a little late. Truth is, I haven't been home to post from my home computer. The computer in town... I can post from it, but sheesh, it's such a dinosaur and forget trying to download a pic or anything.

But, must make mention of Boise State's game against Michigan the other night. I was proud of the boys... yep, even though they lost. They were in with the big boys and they are now basically a Freshman team...

This isn't the year for BCS busting or anything, and honestly, I did believe that before the game the other night. It's time for the newbies to get a little experience under their belt. I think in a few years, this team is going to be one to watch!!!:yes

'course I might be just a leetle biased... just a leetle....

Dora, I'll agree not to call Boise State "Boise" if you agree not to call Michigan State "Michigan". It might be hard to understand, but to most people here that's a mistake that ends up in brawl. There's some serious bad blood between the green & white and maize & blue. Fortunately, I'm one of the few people I know who can say they pull for both, so your slip up is safe with me. :)

The Spartans quarterback (Campbell) tried so hard to give that game away, but he's a freshman. I think it's fair to say your Broncos have earned the reputation of being a legitimate threat. Even if they have a down year, teams and fans are going to get excited to see them coming up on their schedules. For a team from Idaho that hasn't played in a BCS conference, that's saying a lot!

Thank you for clarifying that...since I am a Michigan Fan-Go Blue!

You can go ahead and call Boise "Boise", (just be sure to pronounce it "boy-see" NOT "boy zee")... and I won't call that team-we-played-last-Friday-night...Michigan.

What shall I call that team-we-played-last-Friday-night?

Yes, Boise fans have a lot to look forward to. Considering the venue Friday night and their freshman showing... I think good things are on the horizon! :thumbsup

Sorry to derail this, Dora...

BA, here's a test to see if you're truly a Michigan fan. Answer this 2-part multiple choice question:

Did Michigan lose that game against Alabama, and if so, why?

  1. No - The refs were in cahoots.
  2. Yes - Bama was the better team.
  3. No - They beat themselves with mistakes and shoddy play-calling.
  4. No - We don't recognize what happened, because we're focused on the Big Ten.
I love Michigan, but to the true-blue Michigan diehard, they never lose a game to the better team... ever! :lol

Go MSU, Go UM, Go Big Ten, but most of all GO IRISH!!

I'm looking forward to the Boise State - Nevada showdown on December 1.
