Wow, and all we have in our rural fairs is ox pulls and lumberjack competitions.

I read the title of the thread wrong. I was looking forward to seeing a bunny hurling competition, something like a dwarf throwing contest.

That's kinda cool but very odd. :boing

Please don't kill me too badly. It was an honest mistake, and bunny hurling could become much more popular than dwarf throwing, so long as the ASPCA kept out of it.

What's kinda cool - the video or my suggestion of a bunny hurling competition?

Oh TOG, what'cha doin' to me brother?! Well...both actually, lol. :lol
When I think of bunny hurdling, I think a little bit, eww weird but a few of them seemed to have it down and most are simply resisting the abuse.
When I think bunny hurling, I see catapults in my minds eye and it seems like it may be more fun in a certain way to a hungry man at least, lol. :lol

Be gentle you animal lovers, lol. I do love bunnies, wanna trade recipes?!

lol, Actually that's the first thing I thought of too when I read the thread title. BUT I wasn't "looking forward to it."
We have four baby bunnies, almost adolescents now, that play in our yard. One has a bad eye, he's the one that comes up four steps onto our back porch with us sitting right there and we can walk within 2' of the rut and he just watches you walk by. In the winter we put out a bale of alfalfa hay for the our bunnies to munch on all winter so they hang around. :)

Thanks i am not alone.... :biggrin2

Did you know that there's a device specifically made to throw rabbits?

I bet bunnies enjoy running around and jumping hurdles. BUt not sure they enjoy all the people and the noise around them at the contest.
Anyway, I'm now thinking of making a bunny leash and teaching our baby bunnies at work walking and jumping hurdles on a leash. Maybe I'm gonna have an international career ahead of me. :yes

That would make it easier for the bunnies to get over the hurdles. :lol

Whoa, I just realized the Christian implication of your avatar. Before I had just seen it as a chess game (I love Chess). But the single white (good) pawn against the entire black (evil) force has a Christian implication. Doh. I didn't see that before. Awesome. :biggrin2
