Can Leaders Lead With Love and Not Compromise?

A

Apostle Paul

Being a good leaders means instructing in proper conduct, correcting when when necessary, and in every instance respond from the basis of the love of God.

Too often we are guided by our need to get things in order rather than the leading of the Holy Spirit in bringing people to maturity.

How do you feel about this?

Be Blessed

I don't think there's anything wrong with being guided by our need to get things in order.

Do we always have to depend on the Holy Spirit for every single thing ?

Didn 't God give us something called "wisdom" too ?

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom...
a better wisdom than the fear of man.

A leader can lead with Love and Not Compromise...
ONLY when the FEAR of the Lord rest upon him in all that he does 24-7!

Until those that aren't part of your religion join the group and refuse to convert. Then leading isn't quite as easy, because if want to lead all of them, you'll have to make some kind of compromise.

It would be better to have said 'A leader can lead with Love and Not Compromise TRUTH', though there can and will be compromise in other areas as a group grows. There is an advantage of keeping groups small, because they are easier to manage without compromising TRUTH!

That said - I don't think it is possible for a leader to give 100% support to a large group, in today's religious world without compromising TRUTH, somehow, someway. However, I do not judge or fault leaders in positions of large churches either. God will judge each person, each situation for what it is.
