Bible Study Can YHWH? Did He?

Although it is erronously taught that obedience to the Law was the Old Testament path to Heaven and Salvation
Not by me. I posted that earlier.
it appears you and the others seek to discredit the work completed on any Hedbrrew amesw Version of the Scriptures.
What work is that?
And I have not discredited anything.
What makes sense to you is not definitive of orthodox theology.
And you have not commented on the point I made that Jesus, Himself, said that He was establishing a NEW COVENANT in His blood which is a refutation by God of your statement that there is no new covenant.

Then please either do as my wife and daughter did and donate 75 dollars to the people providing Bibles for people that have never read nor heard the truth of the Holy Scriptures at https://www.halleluyahscriptures.com

If you have not the funds apply for a free copy but please do not build straw men and pretend you are killing demons.Choppoer, I and many have gotten a copy and have or they are checking it against their preferred versions. You might even enjoy the perspective of Alan Horvath, aq very interesting teacher about the scriptures and the accuracy of English Translations.

But please do not ruin your rep by attacking things you know not about. There is at least one other Hebrew Names vesion that I have not looked into. This one is in Chronological order.

Taylor,
I am glad that you found these resources. I have seen an incredible transformation in you since you began your journey. I know it has drawn you into deeper relationship with our Lord, and I since a peace about you that was absent several years ago.
Thank you for sharing.

The way I understand it, God made several covenants at various times.
From the Torah, I recall three covenants.
1. Noah in regards to the flood and the rainbow as a reminder.
2. Abraham, that he would be the Father of many nations.
3. Mosaic at Mt. Sinai between YHVH and Israel.
Moses writes of Jesus, the messaih.
From the Tanach I recall these.
1. Davidic promising Judah would always be on the throne. Points toward Jesus and the messianic era.
2. The promise of a new, better covenant. This is in reference to the Mosiac covenant. This is found both in Jeremiah and Ezekial.

This brings us to the Messianic era where Jesus proclaims the New Covenat in His blood.

Good Reply to a very complicated issue....I think what I'm trying to express in the one Covenant position is that it was only one Person who orchestrated the events, and that was Yahshua Jesus. Please note....

John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men."

So, we have the Son of God, Christ Jesus Himself creating what we know as the human race and all that that race needs to survive. The Son of God also set in motion a system of rules and laws.

I could make this reply very long but I think everyone gets the point. One Person, One Covenant with various solutions for several situations that arose over time....Finally, Jesus Himself closed what is called the "Renewed Covenant" with His Blood sacrifice on the cross and raised from the dead.

I think I understand. Are you familiar with New Exodus Theology? From the surface, they seem similar.

Btw, in Hebrew thought, the idea of sacrafice, it carries the tone of drawing near. You may have already known this, but if not, it can add some depth to the cross as well as the tsble.
