Can you pray for God to give you a talent? [Artistic Drawing Talent]

I dont know lately i've really wanted to have skills in drawing and become almost a master at drawing....can i pray for god to give me this talent?

if you pray for that skill you need to practice and learn the routines too in order to be good at it because they say that skills can be learn and talent is something you are born with. But by faith, i believe that yes He will give you that desire to learn Artistic drawing skills . Ephesians 3:20 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us” <O</O

Talent is something, whether spiritual or natural, that we have already been endowed with, whether naturally as human beings, or also as born again believers.

What we need to do, rather, is to figure what those talents are, and seek to develop them, by God's grace.

You can pray for whatever you please, and God will HEAR every prayer you make. He will answer according to His will.

BC: 'according to His will' is the operative point, yes. We do need to pray: 'Thy will be done'. (So often it's: 'I want X, Y, Z, etc...)
