Nice framing or nice cropping, one of the two. I usually download pics and work on them just a bit but these need nothing I can do unless you want someone to be on or just behind the rocks. Nice shots.

I laid down on the rocks to get those last two shots. The lady I was with knows I am a bit different......... well a bit is putting it lightly I am glad all of you folks appreciate what I tried to capture.

When I used to burn film I would shoot 2 or three rolls of hand loaded 40 to 44 frames and might have spent three or more hours in the Dark Room, printing, cropping and and shading an exposure to get one shot this good. Of course, then if I wanted to edit or to insert content it took hours more of trial and error before I could get the composition correct. Nothing like the speed II work with when making composite photos on my Linux Computer today.

I like the first one, because the rocks on the left form a series of diagonals that lead the eye to the right, from which the falling water leads the eye downward. It's a good, active image that pulls one into it. I find myself wanting to see where the water is going.

If you get a chance to do it again, try stepping back a bit and include where the water strikes the next level. It might be even better.

I was just complimenting you for having a good eye. And, actually, any person, male or female with a camera is a photographer. The quality of the photo, any photo, depends on the point of view and you went to the trouble of doing more than just standing and shooting. You have the imagination to question, "What if?" That is a very good thing.

Thank you sir......... I share what you said with my friend that thought I lost my mind when I laid down on the wet rocks to take a picture.

Me too........fall weather is just more comfortable with little to no bugs ............ I love it
