What is your favorite cheese? Mine: Queso Fresco!
 
dont have a real favorite... it all depends on what is with it...
Dumb not really a cheese American on a cheese burger ... Sharp cheddar with a crisp apple... feta on salad.. any and more of it on a pizza

This is the best.. thin slices of tri tip wrapped around a nice chunk of blue cheese
 
All cheddar like cheese and smoked cheese. I don't like soft cheese like Brie.

You cannot beat cheese on toast though.
 
My grandad thinks im crazy because I dont like a blue, cavity holed, roton, peice of mold.

You've never had cheese on toast? My family live it. May favourite way of doing it is to use mature cheddar, either sliced or grated. I toast both sides of the bread and then butter one side, on which I put the cheese. Pop it under the grill and melt the cheese. I like mine really melted.
 
Ohhh that sounds like texas toast with cheese. I just remembered I've had that. It IS good!
