Chocolate and its goodness

While I agree with the basic view if this article, the chocolate we should be eating is unsweetened in its natural form and not the sweetened candy crapola that they try to push. The hidden message in this article is to go out and buy a box of chocolates. No, you should get the unprocessed, unsweetened powder form instead (only cocoa)--- maybe add that to good (not processed) coffee. Thus, this is another example of taking something good and adding man's processing to it to make us sicker. In the meantime, they demonize natural foods such as eggs, salt (sea salt is best), meats and similar foods.

The whole "health food" philosophy has been taken over by the establishment and they are preaching a "false gospel" of health so-to-speak.

I tend to agree, 100%. I dropped my cholesterol from 242 to 188 in three months. HOW?

1) Started a new way of eating (not a "diet" which is a temporary change that results in weight loss and then gain) - eggs and bacon at breakfast, Mexican foods loaded with veggies for lunch and a light dinner.

2) Banned chocolate and french fries from my lips, as well as all "fast foods". No Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, White Castle, Duncan Donuts, Taco Bell, Mrs. Winner's, etc.

It was easy and I LOVE my meals now because they are real food. I then raised my HDL by daily exercise.

It is not hard, people - you just eat REAL FOOD and not too much of it. Oh, and no "diet" soft drinks, I drink water, coffee and Coke or Dr. Pepper.

This is SO true.
