Bible Study Christ + 30 years = Unknown Jesus

Why is there no info on the life of Jesus?. A 30 year gap is a big space of time.

So there is info on the birth, so obviously someone had info for scdipture, then it just goes dead for 30 years.

How do we know within 30 years he did not practice magic, or do one small sin, or get married and have babies, and what happened to Joseph.

I still believe with the limited info that Joseph of Arimathea is his dad who moved from Nazereth to Arimathea in that time gap. Knowone else but family claim and bury there dead.

I think there is more to it but they never put in in the bible, thats why there is a massive sudden 30 year gap.
There is a gap because it is not necessary for us to know. We know he didn't sin because the Bible tells us that he didn't, in Hebrews 4:15.

I guess so. If he sin someone would have spoken out about it, just like the accusations in the new testament against him, yet there is no other reliable documents claiming he sinned, only in the new testament as we have it.

I guess that gives the gospels credibility as they dont make Jesus out as some perfect person, they give the accusations against him for people to make there choice. That is credibility as its not one sided agenda.

Not really a choice involved. The Apostles tell us Jesus was sinless so the guesswork to the contrary is, well, contrary sight to stay in the polite vein.

But there are still accusations in the four books so just because the Apostles aay hes sinless does not mean everyone must agree, there are many in the book that disagree like whoever they called parasees or whoever and im sure many others.

I could make a choice now and say I believe picking heads of corn on sabath is a sin so Jesus is sinner if I wanted, its my choice, but I dont.

I'd hardly say the accusers were credible witnesses. If Satan has a quote in the scriptures that doesn't make it truth or truthful. It gets even more complex when the scriptures present that both Satan and devils speak from people. <-

We should understand that the Apostles words are credible witnesses speaking by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus gave enough proof he had the power of God and Lord of the sabbath.

If the Law was made for man, God has no law and is not bound to his own Law, he can do what he wants as the name above all names, the King above all kings, and the one creator who is the living God above all gods.

Sin is transgression of the law. 1 John 3:4. So, the math sez if Jesus had no sin, then not a lawbreaker.

I didn't bother to read the DaVinci code but I did see the movie. I took it as sheer entertainment. When I'm looking for real answers I go to the Jesus Code. Kjv or nkjv.

What's all this talk about maybe Jesus was a sinner? If that were the case, no one's salvation would be valid, and would make the Father unjust and a liar? Uhh, that's the wrong path for sure.

By one man, sin entered the world, and corrupted all. By one sinless man accepting the punishment for sin, all were acquitted (potentially, if they choose to accept)

Anything else would be an unjust court.

Also, Jesus didn't have time to move to Japan and raise a family after his crucifixion. He was only here for 40 days (pretty sure) before He ascended back to heaven, so that idea is tripe too.

Jesus was a carpenter. It takes a bit of time to gain a work reputation and gain noterity. Scripture says He had that, so Jesus must have remained fairly stable and remained in the same region while playing His trade.

I never intended to try make Jesus a sinner, it was more the question of how do we know he didnt with a 30 year gap of no information.

It dont matter anyhow because he did not sin, and if he did there would be documents by critics to say he did, but there is none. In fact the NT and gospel would not even exist to start with as he was not messiah.

Also, if Jesus got married and had a family, even he did not, that is not a sin anyhow.
