Hi, all! My name is Melanie (but my friends call me Mia). I’m a Christian and a LPC. I have been incorporating principles from Internal Family Systems therapy into my work for a while now, especially with clients who are introspective and faith-oriented. I recently created a series of cost-friendly resources that blend Christian spirituality with the concepts of Internal Family Systems.
These devotionals are designed to help Christian clients connect with their parts in a way that feels aligned with their faith. They offer prompts and reflections to encourage self-compassion, curiosity, and healing, all while grounding the work in scripture and prayer.
If you’re working with Christian clients who resonate with IFS, these might be a helpful resource to share. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more info!
